Eliza Cortés Bast is a passionate follower of Jesus. She served as a denominational executive and pastor in the RCA, focusing on local mission and strategic ministry innovation. Her work is featured in various national leadership and ministry conferences, publications, podcasts, research projects and more. She is a Gallup certified Strengths coach, and has served as a consultant and facilitator for leadership and program development. Eliza is an EdD doctoral candidate in Organizational Leadership, focusing on environments that shape extraordinary ministry leaders. She lives in Michigan with her amazing family.
